General Sales & Return policy

For flowers; 

Kindly note the minimum two days lead time to process your order before delivery date. We don’t offer customisation for flowers except communicated via email beforehand and customisation charges apply.

If you pick a colour from the colour swatch for your composition, please note that your colour preference will be used as the vocal colour of your composition, and complimentary colours will be added into it.

Please write your message to the recipient in the box provided on check out. Message provided will be handwritten as-is on to a card. Hence, please ensure that your message is accurate.

Your flowers should last about 3-5 days with proper care. Keep them hydrated and placed in a cool environment, away from source of heat and direct sunlight. Change the water in your vessel every few days, to keep them happy!

For objects;

All items are hand built in our little studio in Singapore. 

Each foRM is left to the inspiration of the moment. That small imperfections such as marks or irregularities are part of the artisanal process, which gives it uniqueness. 

Not all are food safe, please check the remarks on the product page.

Hand wash is preferred for all ceramic products.

Sales are Final: All purchases made through our online store are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for flowers, plants, or any other products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item to process your claim.

Refunds or Replacements: Depending on the situation, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement for damaged or defective items. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. In any case that replacement is deemed necessary, we would take the damaged item upon delivering the replacement item. Kindly secure the item to its original packaging to minimise further damage during shipping.

Order Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please contact us at formofmondays@gmail.com with your order number immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
